Abstract

in line with the increasing development efforts in all fields, demanding the availability of statistical data, which is accurate, timely, organized and sustainable, especially to support, among other things: steady and precise planning, careful control and control as well as critical evaluation of development results that has been achieved. For this purpose Batam Municipality Statistics has tried to compile and publish the publication "District Batu Ampar in Figures" every year. The purpose of this publication is to provide detailed information about the state of sectoral statistics that are needed by planners and decision makers in formulating policies in their respective fields. In an effort to meet the ever-increasing tastes of the needs of data consumers, the Subdistrict Statistics Section has been striving to improve the quality of data and the timeliness of the publication of this publication. With the publication of "Batu Ampar District in Figures 2020", we express our gratitude for all the assistance that has been given by various parties, hopefully this collaboration can continue to be improved in the coming years. Finally, for the sake of the impending publication, we expect constructive criticism of suggestions from dear readers.
