Analysis of the results of the Batam Central Statistics Agency's Data Needs Survey 2021

In 2021, BPS will again hold SKD at Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency/City BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions. The analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
