Abstract

Employment is one part of the strategic indicators launched by the current government. Even the previous government never ruled out this aspect in its work program priorities. This is inseparable from one of the problems faced by the Indonesian nation, as is also the case in other developing countries, namely the rate of growth in the labor force is increasing rapidly, exceeding the rate of growth in employment opportunities, resulting in an increase in the number of unemployed.
